Covered Area Approximate covered area is 2.4 lac Sqft with approx 32ft wide passages all around the warehouse for easy movement of various heavy and light vehicles. The rear end however bigger and has approx 60ft x 753ft space available for parking of vehicles. The warehouse is well connected through a 33ft and 200 meter long road to main Bilaspur-Patudi Road . The connecting road is already developed and will help in expediting the transportation time.
The ware house is available with built to suit facility & even it can build with only one single centre column (unlike any other existing warehouses). Therefore it will provide you a large span of 72.5 ft on either side of the centre column which gives more than sufficient turning radius for any kind of vehicle movement. Lesser columns will provide less wastage of space around the column girders thereby enhancing the stowage area.
Clear height on the sides will be approx 21ft and at the centre 30ft. 12ft wide 2 entrances at the front section have been provided in the sanctioned plan.

It is needless to say that STRUCTURES made out of H- beams and cold-formed sections are extremely strong, long lasting and yet economical(for maintenance) compared to structures made of conventional hot rolled sections.
ZINCALUME/ GALVALUME or CCGI roofing & side sheets(imported from Austria) will be specially profiled to give leak proof service throughout the life of the building and in addition to this, will provide cooler temperatures inside as they are specially designed to reflect most of the heat from the sun.
